EL ANÁLISIS Y EL RETO

Micronalisis es una empresa que realiza estudios de laboratorio, los resultados son entregados digitalmente como archivos PDF, éstos normalmente se envían por correo electrónico a cada cliente, por lo que al término de unos días las bandejas de enviados se vuelven un desorden total.

NUESTRA SOLUCIÓN / IDEA

Para evitar este desorden se desarrolló un sistema que funcionara como un repositorio de archivos dónde los clientes pueden tener a disponibilidad todos los archivos PDF correspondientes a los resultados de los análisis realizados ordenados en carpetas por “Año” y “Mes” de manera que sea fácil identificar sus archivos para su posterior descarga.

RESULTADOS

El sistema registra a la empresa que solicita los análisis y a su vez a ésta empresa se le pueden asignar uno o más usuarios, mismos que tendrán acceso a todos o solo a algunos resultados específicos, dichos permisos serán designados por el administrador del sistema de manera arbitraria, a su vez cada usuario tiene sus propias credenciales de acceso.
