The tourism offerings are vast, and efficient transportation from the airport to various hotels is crucial. This is where companies like Turismo TRANSVIP come in, offering professional transportation services with diverse and excellent options.
The company approached us to develop a solution that aimed to create a website where users could quickly, easily, and intuitively find the various transportation options they offer. The challenge was to enable users to make payments within a few minutes and ensure they had the best transportation services securely. When creating an online platform for transactions, the challenge is to provide different payment alternatives and offer the user the simplest solution with the fewest steps possible.
TROUBLESHOOTING / IDEA
The solution we implemented was a website where users can easily choose their destination (hotel) and the number of people, allowing them to view different fare options and make payments swiftly. Additionally, the site features a visually appealing design with carefully selected typography, color schemes, and a clean layout, allowing users to explore the entire range of services and learn about the company's history. This approach instills confidence in users that they are booking one of the best transportation services in the city of Los Cabos.
RESULTS
The results were outstanding, with a more than 200% increase in online payments for their services.
